No, to contact &frankly you need to write via email or be signed in to your &frankly account. Our support team will therefore see your email address and name. Questions about our tool through our Support Team will not be disclosed to anyone in your organization, however actual changes done to your account through our support team can be disclosed to other administrators.
You are always welcome to contact the &frankly support, with any kinds of questions or feedback about our tool. We will do our best to guide you.
The &frankly support can not create your questions, translations, or new pulses. The &frankly support team does not have the authority to add or remove employees, groups or change your account settings. However, we can guide you on how to do it yourself if the access granted to you allows it, or get you in touch with the person in your organization that has the rights to do it.
Our support team is happy to help you find your results in the tool, but can not help you export, summarize or analyze them.
