New e-mail event to send reminders to participants before the course end date

We have introduced a feature that allows reminders to be sent to participants a specified number of days before the course end date. These reminders will be sent to participants who have not yet completed the course, based on the number of days specified by the course administrator.

This new event complements the existing option of sending reminders to students who have not completed the course a certain number of days after the activity's start date.
