We’re excited to launch a highly requested feature in Simployer Classic: Digital Signing of Follow-Up Plans for Sick Absences! This new functionality makes it easier than ever for both managers and employees to document and confirm the follow-up plan, streamlining the entire process.
Key Benefits:
  • Simplified Documentation: Quickly and easily document employee acknowledgment with just a few clicks. Both parties can access and confirm the follow-up plan whenever needed, ensuring full clarity and accountability.
  • Seamless Workflow: Once a follow-up plan is registered by the manager, the digital signing request is automatically sent to the employee.
  • Instant Access: The signing status is clearly displayed in the sick absence record, and the signed document is accessible via a direct link—no dependency on the document module! This marks a major improvement over the original process.
This feature eliminates the need for physical signatures, saving valuable time while ensuring all agreements are securely documented and easily accessible when needed.
